Infrastructure

How coordination is structured across our operations

Infrastructure here means process as much as place — the workflows, locations, and documentation that keep a business relationship organised.

Operational model

Coordination, not ownership claims

Trans Informatic coordinates sourcing and logistics activity for approved partners. We do not represent facilities, fleets, or technology as owned or operated by Trans Informatic unless that has been separately confirmed.

Our role is to organise the handoffs between suppliers, our Houston logistics location, and business buyers — verifying receiving activity, coordinating routing, and keeping documentation current at each step.

Infrastructure & Houston presence

Two locations, two distinct purposes

Corporate correspondence and logistics coordination are handled separately. Only Westhollow handles receiving, and only for coordinated, approved shipments.

Logistics coordination

Receiving, consolidation, routing

  • Intake verification

Arrivals are counted and checked against supplier and purchase documentation before anything moves on.

  • Consolidation support

Multi-supplier and multi-order shipments are grouped where doing so genuinely simplifies the routing.

  • Routing coordination

Outbound movement is arranged around each partner's stated delivery requirements and windows.
